How do I create my personalised crystal?

It's simple! Click Create Your Crystal to get started. Upload your chosen photo, crop and position it, then complete your order — it's a fully automated process right through to payment. Once your order is placed, it comes straight to us here in Guernsey where we engrave your photo in stunning 3D detail.

What makes a good photo for engraving?

The best photos are clear, well-lit, and in focus. High contrast images work particularly well. Avoid heavily filtered or very dark photos. If you're unsure, simply send your original image to info@sarnia3dcrystals.gg and we'll advise you before we engrave.

How long does it take?

Most orders are completed within 3–5 working days. Please allow additional time for delivery — 1–2 days for Guernsey, 2–3 days for Channel Islands, and 5–7 days for United Kingdom. During busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine's Day, please allow a little extra time. We'll always keep you updated on your order progress.

Where do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver across Guernsey, the Channel Islands, and the United Kingdom. You can also arrange to collect your order directly from us in Guernsey — just get in touch to arrange a convenient time.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, local collection in Guernsey is available. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

What LED base should I choose for my crystal?

We recommend matching the base size to your crystal. Our Square and Rectangle Silver LED Bases suit most standard crystals, while the Premium Wooden LED Base is ideal for larger display pieces. The Rotating LED Base works beautifully with ornament crystals.
