By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Personalised Products

All crystals are individually engraved from the photograph you upload. As every item is custom-made, please ensure your photograph and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Customer Images

By uploading a photograph, you confirm that you own the image or have permission from the copyright holder and any people shown to use it for the creation of your personalised crystal.

Production

Production begins after payment has been successfully received. As each crystal is made to order, production and delivery times may vary.

Returns and Refunds

As our products are personalised, they cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to ensure product photographs accurately represent the finished crystal. Due to differences in screens, lighting and the nature of laser engraving inside crystal, the final product may vary slightly from images displayed on our website.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). We reserve the right to amend prices, product descriptions or availability without prior notice.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
