Every Sarnia3Dcrystals crystal is personalised and custom-made from the photograph you provide. Because each item is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds where the product has been personalised and is not faulty, as each crystal is custom-made to your specifications.

If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@sarnia3dcrystals.gg. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assess it quickly.

If your crystal arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match your approved order, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with your legal rights.

Please ensure that the photograph you upload is the one you wish to have engraved, as production begins once your order has been processed.
